TeXShop for Mac is a TeX previewer for macOS, written in Cocoa. I just moved my system from my old MacBook to a new one. ![]() The only way I can close them is to force quit them, and when I re-open it, the unsaved files open as well. I can't rename or close the untitled file either, or close TeXShop. Even a newly created source does not compile. 1 Since a few days ago, on macOS Venture 13.2.1, if I open TeXShop and create a new file, I can't save it, whether I use cmd+s or the save option under File->Save. But when I edit the source, it does not compile. I can open an existing source file and it displays the corresponding pdf. The typeset button is not highlighted and does not compile new text.
